Each room is unique and features en-suite facilities. Amenities include a formal dining area with excellent food, a bar, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

DAY 2 – LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK

Travel to Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda’s fourth national park. At the center lies Lake Mburo, part of a broader wetland system. This park is renowned for the elusive eland and also hosts buffalo, warthog, topi, zebra, impala, klipspringer, oribi, sitatunga, Defassa waterbuck, and leopard.

Activities may include game drives, guided walks, or a boat ride, based on availability and preference.
Your tented camp sits high on a hillside with sweeping views. Each of the 9 tents is on a private deck with its own bathroom, bush shower, and eco-toilet. A central dining and bar area is powered by solar, and meals are highly praised.

DAY 3–4 – BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL FOREST RESERVE

Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Reserve, home to immense biodiversity. The forest shelters over 90 mammal species, including 9 primates such as mountain gorillas, as well as 345 bird species.
Your lodge sits on the edge of the forest with stunning canopy views. Stay in rustic thatched chalets with solar lighting, en-suite bathrooms, and private verandas.

The safari highlight unfolds here—two full days of gorilla tracking. The treks are moderately paced, sometimes requiring only a short walk if gorilla families are near access roads. Expect to get within meters of these magnificent creatures.
